AVAILABILITY Accommodation is offered subject to being un-let at the time the Booking Deposit is received.

SETTLEMENT OF BALANCE Guests are requested to settle the balance of the Booking Fee one month prior to arrival date and the Proprietors reserve the right to re-let if payment remains unsettled (unless a prior arrangement has been made).

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES All cottages are available for occupation from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate by 10.00am on the day of departure.

NOISE LEVELS Out of consideration to other holiday-makers enjoying the peace and quiet at Dunscombe Manor, guests must keep their TV and radio volume at low level, especially at night and in the early morning.

BREAKAGES ETC. Unfortunately accidents do happen from time to time and it is the responsibility of the guests to pay for any breakages, losses or damage caused to the cottage contents. In the event of mishaps, please notify the Proprietors without delay.

CLEANLINESS We ask that you leave your cottage as clean and tidy as you found it on your arrival.

PETS Due to the high standard of accommodation, we are sorry, no pets are allowed.

SMOKING We ask that guests do not smoke inside the cottages.

CAR PARKING There is ample parking space within the grounds. The proprietors cannot be held responsible in the event of any damage caused to any vehicle.
